INPPDTMZ-125/0.4-N-OS-A1 是一种 MPPT+STS 集成的微电网储能户外机柜。它集成了 1 个高性能 SiC 基 PCS 模块 (型号：INPPCS-125), 具有三相四支架拓扑；4 个 SiC 基 MPPT 模块 (型号：INPMPPT-62.5) 和 1 个 STS 模块 (INPSTS-300)。支持灵活的设计配置，以优化功率适应性和系统集成灵活性。光伏端最多可集成 4 个模块，系统光伏接入的额定功率为 250 kW。同时，300 kVA STS 模块可以在电网故障时帮助系统无缝切换电网开 / 关。
